Tire Chains Cam Side Chain

Tire Chains Cams, on some truck chains when designated, assist with the proper tensioning of snow tire chains.
Each outer side chain has 3 or 4 cams. With the included cam tool, turn
each cam clockwise to the locking notch and take up the side chain slack.
