Return Policy Returns and Exchanges

Return or exchange your purchase in a few simple steps. If for any reason you are not
a completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us for RGA (return authorization number).
Returns must be received by TireChain.com.com within 15 days of receiving the item.

Returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Chains must be returned in new, unused condition. RGA # (return goods authorization) required. No returns accepted without RGA number on outside of package.
